
Industrial lighting with CREE LED and variable optics
Industrial LED lighting from LEDCO s.r.o. uses high-quality CREE XM-L LED chips and reliable power supplies MeanWell HLG series.
By combining the highest quality components and sophisticated construction, an industrial LED luminaire is available, suitable for exteriors, production halls, or for lighting various sports grounds and public spaces.
The robust aluminum construction ensures reliable temperature dissipation from the LED chips, thus guaranteeing the long life and reliability of the chips themselves. Decrease in luminosity L90> 40000h, which means that when the illumination time exceeds 40000h, the luminous flux decreases by 10% compared to the nominal state (new LED chip). By default, for luminaires, the value at L70 is given, which means the lighting time at a decrease of 30%. In the case of LEDCO reflectors, we guarantee stricter values.
Another important parameter of a reliable LED luminaire is the power supply used. Our industrial luminaires use MeanWell power supplies of the HLG series, which belong to the top on the market of LED sources and are characterized by excellent efficiency and long life.
The reflector is equipped with optics from the LEDIL company and offers various characteristics of the emitted light.
We supply luminaires with two types of optics as standard. Very narrow optics with an apex angle of the radiating cone of approx. 38 ° and with narrow optics with an apex angle of approx. 60 °. For special cases, it is possible to produce series with a non-standard type of optics.
Narrow / sharp beaming characteristics are suitable for lighting from great heights or in narrow spaces.
For lower spaces, it is suitable to use luminaires without special optics, where the beam angle is around 120 °.
LEDCO industrial luminaires can be dimmed with an analog signal 1-10V or a digital signal DALI.
In cooperation with a well-designed system for controlling the intensity of lighting and switching of light points, it is possible to achieve excellent energy savings and comfort when operating the lighting installation.
